Refund policy

•Returns (if applicable):

•Cancelations:
Requests must be made within 24hrs of placing order. Once your items have shipped, your order cannot be canceled. 

•Exchanges:
There are absolutely no exchanges. Make sure you review items and ask questions before purchasing. Questions can be sent to Info@shawlasgems.com. 

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods:

All orders will be insured by the United States Postal Service. If you need a higher insurance amount for your item please let us know. We will add it to your invoice, fee will be based on current charges set by the postal company.
